One of the unique features of the WEG2G social site (read "Thirty Features of WEG2G that One Should Not Miss" for more) is the organization of inbox messages. While users can exchange messages with each other, WEG2G will automatically organize all of users' incoming messages into six folders or categories. In this article, I briefly go over all six categories.
It is the inbox that contains all of the general messages, like messages sent from non-connections users.
This category or folder holds all correspondences made via your connections (friends or acquaintances).
This category includes all messages related to your group plans, like your group posts a new plan, your group joins a plan, etc. In addition, it has all the correspondences related to your group.
It simply includes all event invitations, event cancellations, or any news around a WEG2G event.
This category includes all your personal messages sent from you intimate friends (people in your dating or relationship list) as well as any private messages related to the WEG2G Match-Up service or any notices from the WEG2G Company.
This category simply picks up left-over messages that are not covered in the last five categories.
It is worthwhile mentioning that the WEG2G incoming messages follows stacking structure, where all messages between two users will be grouped into one message, for ease of tracking and organizations. In the future, there is planning to have an option where users can easily move messages from one folder or category to another without affecting its stacking structure. I hope this article sheds enough light on how WEG2G messages keeps users organized.
